Vista Residences, the vertical residential development arm of top homebuilder Vista Land & Lifescapes, has launched the P1.7-billion Vista Taft 1344—the fifth in its University Project Series.
According to Vista Residences division head Elizabeth M. Kalaw, they are launching the Vista Taft 1344 because they have sold out their university inventory in the past year, even before the start of construction.
Vista Taft 1344 is set to rise along Taft Avenue in Manila, right across the University of the Philippines, UP Philippine General Hospital, and is just mere minutes away to De La Salle University.
“The greatest benefit of living near your school is that it gives you time to focus more on your studies. Since transportation is not a problem, it gives you an ample amount of rest time and the right amount of energy to keep up with your school activities without having to worry about curfew or the availability of vehicles for you to get home,” said Kalaw.
The project will be a single tower offering 759 units with an average unit size of 21 square meters at an average selling price of P125,000 per square meter. Construction is slated to start in November next year and will be completed by December 2019.
Aimed at providing the collegiate population in the Metro the homes they deserve, Vista Taft 1344, like its other Vista Residences’ university project counterparts, boasts of a round-the-clock security and easy accessibility to schools, offices, churches, transportation and other necessary conveniences.
“Vista Taft 1344 will be a valuable investment to parents as it gives them peace of mind to know that their children are in a safe environment while still being able to give them the freedom to live on their own,” said Kalaw.
